Explosive materials and mineral exploiting industry: assess and issue the license for use of industrial explosives; check and take over industrial explosives incurred monthly; Give opinions to the basis design of mineral deposits; Monitor blasting activities to exploit minerals; monitor the situation of management, business, and use of industrial explosives of enterprises; Complete the regulation on the use of industrial explosives in the province and send to the Justice Department for evaluation.

On April 22, 2010, Institute of Textiles - Vietnam Textile and Garment Group and the Embassy of Belgium held the inauguration ceremony of the eco- textiles laboratory.
