The implementation of Decision 497/QD-TTg and Decision 2213/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister in the province(7/20/2010)

Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade and related units have recently worked with the district People's Committee of Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc, Cam My to review the implementation of Decision 497/QD-TTg dated April 17, 2009 by Prime Minister on the support of interest rates to purchase machinery, equipment and material for agricultural production and building material in rural areas and the implementation of Decision No. 2213/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2009 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing some articles of the Decision 497/QD - TTg.

The situation of Industry and trade in the first six months of the year 2010(7/20/2010)

The estimated value of industrial production in the first six months of the year 2010 reached 53,046.1 billion VND, up 17.4% over the same period last year and reached 54.2% compared with the year plan. The estimated total retail sales of goods and services in in the first six months of the year 2010 reached 23,455.5 billion VND, up 26.3% over the same period last year and reached 41% compared with the year plan. The export turnover in the first six months of the year 2010 reached 3,423.88 million USD, up 26.6% over the same period last year and reached 48.6% compared with the year plan. The import turnover in the first six months of the year 2010 reached 4204.3 million, up 52.7% over the same period, reached 56.4% compared with the year plan.

To drastically implement solutions for import restrictions by continuing to control and limit the loans to import consumer goods, especially items such as cars, mobile phones; increasing use of technical barriers to restrict imports, creating favorable conditions for export, thereby reducing trade deficit.
