Implementing the Circular No. 43/2010/TT-BCT giving regulations on safety management in industry and trade.

This Circular gives regulations on safety management applicable to manufacturing and trading enterprise which are operating in the following fields: mechanics, metallurgy, electrics, new power, reproduced power, oil and gas, petroleum and gas, chemicals, industrial explosive materials, mine exploration and mineral processing, consumption, food, processing industry as well as the organizations and individuals who are involved in safety management in industry and trade.

For the Department of Industry and Trade: guiding and supervising the implementation of safety regulations for industrial and trade businesses in the provincial area. Presiding and coordinating with relevant agencies of the provinces to inspect and handle violations on safety work as prescribed. Synthesizing statistics, reports of businesses located in the provincial areas, reporting to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department for Technical Safety and Industrial Environment).
