Changing Bien Hoa Industrial Zone Development Company to Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone

The Government Office has issued a document about the opinion of the Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung on the approval of changing Bien Hoa Industrial Zone Development Company to Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone activity in the model of parent - subsidiaries company, in which the parent company is a one member limited liability company, the provincial People's Committee is the representative of the owner.

Chairman of Dong Nai Province People's Committee decide to change according to current regulations and implement the equitization of the parent company at appropriate time. As such, the decision on changing Industrial Zone Development Company to Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone, has increased the number of corporations to three corporations (Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation, Corporation for the Development of Industrial Zone, Tin Nghia Corporation).
