The implementation of Decree No. 117/2009/ND-CP of the Government.

Strengthening the study of state documents on environmental protection, especially the Decree No. 117/2009/ND-CP dated 31/12/2009 of the Government on the handling of law violations in the domain of environmental protection, this Decree takes effect from March 01, 2010 and replacing the Decree 81/2006/ND-CP dated August 09, 2006 issued by the Government.

Based on the document No. 2346/BCT-ATMT dated October 03, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the implementation of the Decree No. 117/2009/ND-CP issued by the Government.

To enhence the sense of responsibility for environmental protection, minimize and prevent law violations on environmental protection, the Department of Industry and Trade proposes enterprises, units and organizations operating in the industry and trade:

+ Strengthening the study of state documents on environmental protection, especially the Decree No. 117/2009/ND-CP dated 31/12/2009 of the Government on the handling of law violations in the domain of environmental protection, this Decree takes effect from March 01, 2010 and replacing the Decree 81/2006/ND-CP dated August 09, 2006 issued by the Government.

+ Popularize, propagate the content of environmental protection for officials and employees to understand and implement seriously. Enterprises, units consider the scale of operation and types of activities and arrange the environmental work for offcials appropriately.
